Participants examine strategies for fostering a culture that values and respects individuals, encourages open communication, active listening, continuous learning, and periodic evaluation of management-staff relations. 2. Participants examine their management innovation and identify operational opportunities and needs for improvement. 3. Participants will be able to evaluate their team’s experiences at the workplace to inform more equitable strategies and policies.
